Berwick Arrest Report 7-8-2020
Berwick Police Chief David Leonard reports the following arrests:
Timothy Collier Jr. W/M 21 yoa. of Honey Ln. Morgan City was arrested on Monday July 6, 2020 at 7:19 pm for:
- POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA
- POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
- DISTURBING THE PEACE (Berwick Warrant)
On Monday July 6, 2020 at approx. 7:07 pm Berwick Officers responded to the area near the police department in reference to a male subject walking in the roadway and not moving out the way for traffic. Upon officers arrival, they located a male subject identified as Timothy Collier Jr. It was learned that Collier had an active warrant through Berwick P.D. and was placed under arrest. During the arrest, he was searched and found to be in possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. Collier was transported to the Berwick Jail where he was booked on the charges. He is currently still incarcerated on a $3,500.00 bond
Samantha Williams W/F 31 yoa. of California St. Berwick was arrested on Tuesday July 7, 2020 at 1:26 pm for
- DISTURBING THE PEACE 3RD OFFENSE (Berwick Warrant)
On Tuesday July 7, 2020 at approx. 1:26 pm Samantha Williams walked into the Berwick Police Dept. to turn herself in on an active warrant that Berwick P.D. held for her arrest. She was placed under arrest and booked on the warrant. She was later released on a $216.00 cash bond.
