Berwick Arrest Report 7-6-2020
Berwick Police Chief David Leonard reports the following arrests:
Fredrick Flowers B/M 33 yoa. of Spring Texas was arrested on Friday morning July 3, 2020 at 2:49 A.M. for
- POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA
- POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
- IMPROPER LANE USAGE
On Friday morning July 3, 2020 at approx. 1:53 A.M. Berwick Officers were patrolling the area of Hwy 90 East bound when they observed a vehicle cross the center line several times. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver who was identified as Flowers. During the course of the traffic stop, Officers stated that they could smell a raw odor of Marijuana coming from the vehicle. A search was conducted and revealed Marijuana, THC infused cookies, and drug paraphernalia. Flowers was placed under arrest and transported to Berwick P.D. where he was booked on the charges. He posted a bond of $ 3,750.00 and was released.
