Berwick Arrest Report 11-4-2020
Berwick Police Chief David Leonard reports the following arrests:
PAYNE W/M 45 Oregon Street Berwick was arrested on November 3, 2020 at 5:14 PM for
- WARRANT- POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE
- WARRANT- VIOLATION OF CDS LAW DRUG FREE ZONE
- WARRANT- POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
On November 3, 2020 at approximately 5:14 PM officers with the Berwick Police Department located Payne at his residence on Oregon Street. Payne had active warrants through the Berwick Police Department and was placed under arrest. Payne was transported to the Berwick Police Department where he was booked on the warrants for Possession of Methamphetamine, Violation of CDS Law Drug Free Zone, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Payne remains incarcerated at the Berwick Jail waiting bond.
FAITH BARTLEY B/F 55 Catherine Street Patterson was arrested on November 3, 2020 at 10:31 PM for
- WARRANT- SIMPLE CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY (FELONY)
On November 3,2020 Bartley was located at the Berwick Police Department and was placed under arrest for an active warrant. Bartley was booked on the warrant for the charge of Simple Criminal Damage to Property (Felony) Bartley posted a $1,000.00 bond and was released.
