Berwick Arrest Report 1-8-2020

Berwick Police Chief David Leonard reports the following arrests:
Bryce Daigle W/M 19 yoa. of Red Cypress Rd Patterson was arrested on January 6, 2020 at 8:05 pm for

  • BATTERY OF A DATING PARTNER FELONY (BERWICK POLICE WARRANT)

On January 6, 2020 at 8:05 pm Bryce Daigle was located by Patterson Police Dept. and was later transported to Berwick Police Dept. where he was booked into the Berwick jail on the warrant.  The warrant stems from an incident that occurred in Berwick on Janaury 3, 2020 in which a complaint was received that Daigle had committed a battery on his girlfriend and that he was tearing up the house.  It was also learned that the girlfriend had to be transported to the hospital due to her being pregnant.  Officers responded and learned that Daigle had fled the scene therefore information was gathered and a warrant was prepared for his arrest.  Daigle remains incarcerated in Berwick Jail waiting for bond to be set.
Tyresha Dugar B/F 28 yoa. of Young St. Berwick was arrested on Tuesday January 7, 2020 at 9:41 pm for

  • POSSESSION OF MARIJAUNA
  • POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
  • ILLEGAL USE OF CDS IN PRESENCE OF A MINOR

Teraneka White B/F 24 yoa. of Young St. Berwick was arrested on Tuesday January 7, 2020  at 9:40 pm for

  • POSSESSION OF MARIJAUNA
  • POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
  • ILLEGAL USE OF CDS IN PRESENCE OF A MINOR

On Tuesday January 7, 2020 at 9:00 pm officers received a call concerning a strong odor of Marijuana coming from a residence on Young St.  Officers responded and made contact with the homeowner who was identified as Tyresha Dugar who invited officers inside.  Officers advised that they detected the odor of Marijuana while walking up to the residence as well as when making contact with Dugar. Another occupant of the residence was located and identified as Teraneka White. Both admitted that they had been smoking Marijuana. Consent to search was given to officers and they later located Marijuana and items of Drug Paraphernalia.  It was also learned that there were two small children present during the investigation.  Both were placed under arrest and transported to Berwick P.D. where they were booked on the charges.  Both remain incarcerated and waiting for bond to be set.
